Li-Z

Li-z was already collecting vast amounts of music, and preselecting playlists for future sets, way before actually becoming a DJ around 2007. In this same period she also became a founding member of the infamous Hit 'n Run Soundsystem. With this crew she launched the successful cross genre event Circus Overdrive at Pand14 and the Westerunie in Amsterdam. They even managed to host a stage at the massive Q-base festival Germany, twice!

From 2013 she was also involved in the creation of the Hit 'n Run Music label, which released 2 of her tracks both on vinyl and digital media.

As a DJ, she has performed at a wide variety of parties, ranging from obscure underground warehouse parties as far as in the Czech Republic, to famous venues like Paard van Troje in The Hague. She has developed a unique style, combining old and new, raw techno and fierce industrial beats, haunting melodies, breakbeats and oldskool rave mayhem. Her mixing is fast, bold, effective, original, filled with a rare collection of tunes to impress the true underground freak.
