Ratus

Originally from northern France, Ratus (whose real name Dimitri) discovers MAO on Fruity Loops in 2006 (16 years) to create rhythms that would accompany the guitar. But it was in 2007 that he began to create a Hardtek melodic, psychedelic, and full of crazy sounds, inspired by artists such as Taz (HPF), Popof, Noisebuilder, Harry Potar, Billx, Floxytek, Guigoo, Fky, etc... but also to Krautrock artists like Klaus Shulze, Kraftwerk, Tangerine Dream, and many more ...
He decides to go live in 2009 in Toulouse and join the creation of HériSound System.
Since, released on vinyl with a half-dozen techno labels (Winprod, FreeStyleListen, Astrofonik, & Undergroundtekno), Ratus gradually become a regular on the techno scene in Toulouse, especially after playing alongside The Speed Freak, Pattern J, Radium, Micropoint, Maissouille, Dj Mutante , the Sickest Squad, K12, Guigoo, Dr. Looney, Kocki, Talasemik, KRS Heretik, Lowkey & Kardinal, and many more. He is now president of the new association/label Sonik'Art Records.
